Parent-Teacher Conferences

Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled at all buildings in the fall and again in late winter/early spring.  High School and Community School students are highly encouraged to attend the conferences along with their parent/guardian.  Complete schedule and helpful tips to prepare for conferences are attached.

Honoring Veterans - Veterans Day Celebration at APHS

All veterans and active duty military personnel are invited to attend the 11th Annual Veterans Day Celebration honoring our country's veterans on Friday, November 11 at APHS.  During the morning, veterans may choose to participate in the "Adopt a Veteran" program, sharing their military experience with students in individual classes.  In the afternoon, two formal assemblies will be held in the AP Center for the Arts to honor military personnel and their service to our country. Need Help With Homework?

Need help with homework?  The APHS National Honor Society offers homework help on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (that school is in session) from 2:45 until 4:45 p.m. at the Allen Park Public Library.  The program begins Thursday, September 29.  NOTE: Elementary aged students should be directly supervised by a parent or other responsible adult while participating in the program.  See attached for details!

Wayne County Educational Enhancement Millage Info

School districts have put forward a millage proposal that will generate approximately $385 of added per student support for local educational programs and services.  See attached for specific info for Allen Park as well as visit
